Asobimo announces N-INNOCENCE mobile game

Asobimo will be announcing more details about their new mobile game, N-INNOCENCE, during a livestream on 30 September 2021, from 20:00 JST. Aina Suzuki will be performing the theme song for the game live. A video letter from the game’s ambassador, Tomokazu Sugita, will also be shown. Other guests include Misuzu Yamada, who voices the heroine, alongside Yuki Hayashi and Yoshiya Ikeda who worked on the music. The trailer, release date and other future information will be shown at the broadcast. You can catch it on Youtube.

Since all the information is being kept for the livestream, the brief given for N-INNOCENCE mentions “beautiful characters”, “cutting-edge 3DCG”, seemingly meant to invoke a degree of nostalgia while also having a high-quality action RPG experience with interesting elements of a fighting game. The controls are said to be intuitive so that you can enjoy exciting battles that have some weight to it.

Presumably the game could be akin to God Eater without being God Eater – its own mobile game, Resonant Ops having been shut down – but the speculation would get us nowhere so if you’re interested, stay tuned for the livestream.
