After its initial announcement about two years ago, there will at last be some TRIBE NINE news starting with its first upcoming livestream, dubbed the “EXTREME PROGRESS REPORT” on 30 September 2021, 19:00 JST. The teaser trailer can be seen below, showing more glimpses of the character art:

Tookyo Games Inc. announced “EXTREME PROGRESS REPORT #00”, a new game development report meeting of “TRIBE NINE”, a new IP project with Akatsuki Inc. will be broadcasted live on September 30 from 7:00pm (JST). In addition, prior to the broadcast, the latest teaser movie has been released on the teaser site.

New Game Development Progress Report Meeting “EXTREME PROGRESS REPORT #00”

The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 7:00 pm (JST). Voice actors, Shun Horie, Chiharu Sawashiro, and Mai Fuchigami are scheduled to appear as guests. On the day of the event, the progress of the game development of “TRIBE NINE” and the development of the media mix will be announced.

This TRIBE NINE livestream can be found on Youtube here. The game is an original work that takes place in 23 fictional wards in Tokyo, where outlaw groups in each ward duel using “Xtream baseball”, based on, well, baseball, fighting each other and putting their prestige on the line. The joint production lists the following names on staff, available on the English Tookyo Games site:
