Tis’ the season to digitally queue up and get lucky as yet another batch of PS5 is available for gamers to pre-order in Malaysia. Those in Malaysia can pre-order the elusive console starting from Friday, 19th March 2021, 00:01 GMT+8 onwards.

Once again, Sony Malaysia is offering both the physical and digital editions of their latest-gen console. The physical edition (the one with the ultra HD blu-ray disc drive) costs RM 2,299. The thinner and disc drive-less digital edition is cheaper with a price of RM 1,869. Regardless of which edition of the console you choose, do be aware that its accessories and peripherals are limited to one console per pre-order.

While the previous batch of PS5 pre-orders were done entirely online, this time around, gamers can visit local Sony stores and authorised dealers physically to get further details. Do remember to stick to SOPs, as it will be embarrassing if gamers created a Covid-19 cluster in Sony.

Interestingly enough, this batch of PS5 pre-orders takes place one month after the 3rd batch of pre-orders. Whether this means that the next batch will take place on 19th April 2021, only time will tell.
