[TGS 2019] Carrot bounces into ONE PIECE Pirate Warriors 4 + Gameplay!

We’ve got more characters incoming! Carrot joins the crew in ONE PIECE Pirate Warriors 4! We’ve seen Luffy fighting Big Mom. Now, it’s Carrot’s turn for the spotlight!

She’s a “Speed”-type character. Wonder what the other types would be? Speed-type characters reduce stamina usage when using a Power Dash in Full Force Burst. Power Dashes knock back enemies when you run into them! You can also control the distance travelled. As you might see from the feature image, Carrot can transform into her Sulong form as her Super!

You can see more of the destructible environments in our gameplay video! You can also see AI characters dropping in to the map to join you. They’ll be fighting and racking up their own kills too! Consumables can be found on the field, like the health restoring ones we find.

There’ll be missions to capture territory. It looks like a successful capture will spawn friendly allies! If you need to, you’ll be able to lock-on to enemies, and swap between targets. We cap off the demo gameplay with a fight against X Drake! Like Big Mom, he will have shields, and you can’t break them if he’s not attacking you. Your allies will join you in the fight as well!

Looks like X Drake has plenty of large swiping attacks. This dino may be big, but he’s also fast! Watch out for that tail! He’s still no match for the crew though!
