Acer announces new gaming laptops including Predator Helios 700 at Next@Acer 2019

We just tuned in live to Next@Acer 2019 that’s held in New York and unsurprisingly, Acer had a few announcements up their sleeves that saw them introduce the all-new Acer Nitro 7, Predator Helios 700 and Predator CG437KP gaming monitor.

The Acer Nitro 7 gaming laptop is the latest addition to the Acer Nitro Series. Compared to its predecessor, Nitro 5, the new Nitro 7 is equipped with a 9th Gen Intel Core processor and the latest NVIDIA GeForce GTX graphics. Designed with a sleek metal chassis, the Nitro 7 is 19.9 mm thin and incredibly light, weighting at only 2.5kg. Also, an upgraded version of Nitro 5 that includes the Acer CoolBoost technology has also just been announced.

A new gaming monitor will also be joining the fray and it’s huge! Measured at an impressive 43 inches, it’s the all-new Predator CG437KP gaming monitor. Its resolution can go as high up to 3840 x 2160 and with a 144Hz refresh rate, not a single TV can rival it and same can be said for other gaming monitors.

That’s not all as a more powerful and superbly-designed gaming laptop in Predator Helios 700 was announced. It’s equipped with a game-changing HyperDrift sliding keyboard that improves thermals and ergonomics of a gaming laptop. With 9th Gen Intel Core i9 processors and graphics supported by NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 or 2080, this gaming laptop is surely one to keep an eye on. Its predecessor, Predator Helios 300, is also getting its own upgraded version.

Plenty of other Predator gadgets were announced as well such as the Galea 311 headset​, Cestus 330 mouse, Aethon 300​ keyboard and lastly the M-Utility Backpack.
