A fragrance company has teamed up with Capcom to release a line of room scents based on characters from Street Fighter 6. The scents come from Gaming Fragrance, a brand made by CODE Meee, a Japanese fragrance company founded in 2017 that focuses on finding new ways to connect fragrance and technology.
The first three scents are based on the Street Fighter 6 characters Ingrid, Juri and Ed. They are made to fill a player’s room with a smell that pulls them into that character’s world. CODE Meee says the scents are not meant to copy what each character might smell like. Instead, they are built to reflect the feel of playing as that character and their signature moves in the game.
The Juri fragrance is described as a fruity floral scent made to make hit-confirms feel sharp. It has notes of raspberry, passion fruit, violet, blueberry, strawberry and musk. The Ingrid fragrance is a citrus woody scent built to help with clarity in stock accumulation and release timing. Its notes include grapefruit, leafy green, rose, jasmine, cedarwood, amber and musk. The Ed fragrance is another woody citrus scent, made so players can throw out counter pokes without getting whiff-punished. It includes bergamot, clove, spearmint, rosemary, vetiver and amber.

To use the product, players place three to four drops of fragrance oil onto a wood diffuser built into the can. This lets the scent spread through the play area. Each fragrance costs ¥6,850, which is about $42, and can be used around 30 times.
Street Fighter 6 game director Takayuki Nakayama gave a statement backing the collaboration. He said the product deepens the sense of unity between players and the characters they love, and that the fragrances offer both the focus needed for long gaming sessions and a refreshing feeling that eases the mind after intense matches. He added that it is meant to help players switch between playing and resting, and praised the package art for capturing each character’s personality. He closed his statement by thanking the team behind the product.
With this release, Capcom and CODE Meee are offering fans a new, sensory way to engage with the world of Street Fighter 6 beyond the game itself.
