Pokémon Center SINGAPORE is making its big comeback at Jewel Changi Airport on July 1, 2026, marking the first full-scale renovation of a Pokémon Center store outside of Japan. The renewed store comes with a fresh interior design and new merchandise, both drawing inspiration from Singapore’s local culture and heritage.
Taking over as the new symbol of Pokémon Center SINGAPORE is the Legendary Pokémon Solgaleo, known for its sun-like mane. Solgaleo will appear on the store’s new logo and façade, alongside Pikachu, welcoming visitors in a display inspired by Singapore’s skyline.

Shunsuke Sasaki, Managing Director of Pokémon Singapore, said the team wanted the store to be more deeply rooted in Singapore. “This is not just a grand reopening, but a commitment to elevate the store experience by transforming Pokémon Center SINGAPORE into a place where people from all walks of life can come to love Pokémon, and where fans can connect globally,” he added.
Inside, the store’s design incorporates local cultural elements to give both Singaporean fans and international visitors a Pokémon experience tied to the city. A new dedicated event space has been set up at the back of the store, complete with a large-format monitor for hosting video game, trading card game, and app gaming events. Given its location at Jewel Changi Airport, the center is also positioned to serve as a gathering point for Pokémon fans traveling from around the world.

On the merchandise side, 20 new products have been created exclusively for the reopening. The lineup includes plush toys of Solgaleo and Pikachu, as well as items inspired by the iconic kopi cup. The first 12 products will go on sale at the grand reopening, with a second wave launching in August that includes a bag charm featuring Pikachu and a kopi cup design.
For the first five days of the reopening, from July 1 to 5 2026, entry to the store will be managed through two methods. The morning slot from 10:00AM to 1:00PM will require an advance reservation through the Store Visit Application, with details to be announced on the official Instagram page. From 1:00PM onwards, same-day queue entry tickets will be available and distributed on-site starting at 8:30AM on a first-come, first-served basis.
