All pre-orders, regardless of edition, also include the U.S. Army Boat Crew Uniform as a bonus item.
Free Open Beta Weekend on Steam

Before launch, players on PC will be able to experience a free open beta weekend running from May 29 to June 1 via Steam. The beta will give players an early hands-on look at the game’s large-scale warfare systems, including infantry coordination, vehicle combat, and squad-based tactics.
Interested players can sign up ahead of the beta period through official channels.
Large-Scale Vietnam War Combat Experience

Set during the Vietnam War, Hell Let Loose: Vietnam expands the franchise’s focus on realism and teamwork-driven combat. Matches pit 100 players in 50-versus-50 battles that emphasize communication, coordination, and long-form tactical decision-making.
Players will fight across six Vietnam-inspired maps featuring dense jungles, river systems, and open terrain, each designed to support different tactical approaches and squad strategies.
Helicopters, Boats, and Tactical Mobility

The game introduces expanded combined-arms gameplay, including fully functional helicopters used for troop transport, supply drops, reconnaissance, and aerial support.
Players can also operate heavily armed patrol boats, including the iconic U.S. PBR, enabling naval combat along river routes and coastal areas.
These systems are designed to reinforce strategic mobility and team coordination across massive battlefield spaces.
Tunnel Warfare and Dynamic Strategy

One of the key asymmetrical mechanics comes from the North Vietnamese forces, who can construct underground tunnel networks. These tunnels allow for surprise flanking routes, hidden movement, and rapid repositioning across the map.
Combined with aerial reconnaissance and ground coordination, these mechanics create a constantly shifting battlefield where control of territory can change quickly.

Hell Let Loose: Vietnam launches on June 18 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
