Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is now available on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, marking Lara Croft’s dramatic debut on Nintendo’s newest systems. Aspyr and Crystal Dynamics released the game today through the Nintendo eShop. It launches with a 10% discount, reducing the price to $17.99 / RM 86.35 until November 24. After that, it returns to $19.99 / RM 95.95. This surprise release finally brings the 2013 reboot to portable play.
The Definitive Edition retells Lara’s origin story with enhanced visuals and improved performance. It follows her emotional shift from an unsure explorer into a hardened survivor. The reboot helped redefine the modern Tomb Raider franchise, and now players can experience it fully on Nintendo platforms.
A Rebuilt Cinematic Adventure for Nintendo Players

Aspyr partnered with Crystal Dynamics to optimize the complete package for both Switch models. As a result, players can enjoy intense combat, platforming challenges, and dramatic story moments anywhere. The island of Yamatai feels vivid on Nintendo hardware thanks to detailed environments and expressive character models.

The Nintendo versions include all previously released downloadable content. Players get six bonus outfits, eight multiplayer maps, and four multiplayer characters. This makes the release a complete edition from day one.
All DLC, Online Multiplayer, and Digital Extras Included

The Definitive Edition also features a set of digital extras. Players receive Dark Horse’s comic “Tomb Raider: The Beginning,” the mini-art book “The Art of Survival,” and the Final Hours developer video series.

The Switch versions also support 8-player online multiplayer. You can team up with friends or face off in fast and chaotic matches. These additions give new players and returning fans a rich version of Lara’s breakthrough adventure.
Special Launch and Loyalty Discounts
Aspyr is celebrating the launch with a 10% discount for all players. However, loyalty rewards make the deal even better. Owners of Tomb Raider I–III Remastered get an extra 10% off, while owners of Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered receive another 10% off. The discounts stack, so fans who own both collections can enjoy up to 30% off. This promotion runs until November 24 in the NOA region.

The loyalty discounts last longer in NOE/AUS, running from November 21 to November 28. Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition arrives as one of the most content-rich adventure releases on the platform. You can download it now for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 via the Nintendo eShop. For more updates on the game, follow their official X account.
