aNCHOR has announced that all four episodes of Muv-Luv Unlimited: The Day After will be released on Nintendo Switch through the Nintendo eShop. Each episode will be available for individual purchase, and players can also buy all four together in a bundled set. The company has not announced a release date yet.

Muv-Luv Unlimited: The Day After is already available on PC. Until now, the Switch version was only included as a special bonus in the Muv-Luv 20th Odyssey Box, which contained all four episodes. This marks the first time these episodes will be sold separately on Nintendo’s platform.

The series continues directly from where Muv-Luv Unlimited ended, showing what happens after Alternative V as the remaining survivors of humanity battle for survival on a ruined Earth. The story introduces a new cast of characters alongside some returning favorites from the series.

Episode 00 follows survivors stranded on a TSF carrier in the South Pacific as they try to find their way back to America after mankind abandoned Earth in an attempt to destroy the BETA.

Episode 01 takes place after Operation Babylon and focuses on Japanese survivors in Seattle who are rebuilding their lives while defending against the BETA threat.

Episode 02 brings the Shogun to Seattle along with a potential solution to the ongoing food crisis, though hidden dangers lurk beneath the surface.

Episode 03 raises the tension as France targets Seattle with nuclear weapons, forcing humanity to work together against both internal conflicts and the BETA menace.

The Muv-Luv Unlimited: The Day After Episodes are designed to appeal to both longtime fans of the Muv-Luv franchise and newcomers to the series.
