HoYoverse has officially launched the website for Honkai: Nexus Anima, their upcoming creature-collector adventure strategy game. The new site provides the first official look at the game’s characters and “Anima” – the creatures players will battle alongside.
The website showcases detailed information about various characters and their companion creatures. Based on the revealed content, players can expect to encounter different types of Anima, each with unique traits and abilities. The site features character profiles showing stats like height and energy levels, along with descriptions of the creatures’ personalities and abilities.

For example, one featured creature called Puddlipup is described as a soft, bouncy pudding-like Anima that can flatten under pressure but uses this trait to bounce high into the sky. Another creature, Taileep, is characterized by its mischievous nature and ability to charm even those it tricks.
HoYoverse Announces Full Game Details and Beta Test
HoYoverse has officially announced Honkai: Nexus Anima and opened recruitment for its first closed beta test, called the Nexus Bond Test. The company also released a new trailer showcasing in-game footage, giving players their first look at actual gameplay mechanics and the world of Nexus Anima.
According to the official announcement, players take on the role of a plane-hopping traveler who has escaped captivity, starting their journey in a tranquil town before exploring uncharted realms. The game’s story centers around the concept of “Nexus” – invisible bonds between paired concepts like Love and Hate, Light and Dark, and Life and Death. When these bonds are suddenly broken, their powers scatter across the land as Anima creatures.
The Nexus Bond Test will run on PC and iOS platforms, with registration open through September 12. Selected players from those who pre-register and complete a questionnaire will gain access to this closed beta with data wipe.

While the official website is now live with game details, HoYoverse has not yet announced a release date for Honkai: Nexus Anima. The company has been building up anticipation through social media channels across multiple regions, including English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean markets, indicating plans for a global release.
