KONAMI and Arsenal Football Club have announced they are continuing their partnership for several more years. This extends a relationship that has already lasted over 8 years, keeping KONAMI as Arsenal’s Official Football Video Gaming Partner. To celebrate the partnership extension and Arsenal captain Martin Ødegaard becoming a new Club Ambassador, eFootball players can get free content from August 7 to 13. This includes a special Martin Ødegaard player card and avatar at no cost.
Arsenal will remain one of the main clubs featured in eFootball. The game will continue to include the team’s official kits and Emirates Stadium, giving players the full Arsenal experience in the game. The deal also gives KONAMI several commercial rights with Arsenal. This includes access to players for promotional activities and permission to use official Arsenal branding and images in the eFootball game series.

Shinji Namekawa, European President of Konami Digital Entertainment, said the company is proud to extend the partnership with Arsenal. He called Arsenal an iconic club that represents excellence both on and off the field, and said KONAMI is committed to improving eFootball.
Juliet Slot, Arsenal’s Chief Commercial Officer, said the club is proud of the long partnership with KONAMI. She noted that the partnership’s length shows both companies share values of innovation and process, and Arsenal is pleased to remain a core part of the game.

Arsenal has been featured in the eFootball Championship every year since 2022. During the partnership, Arsenal supporters have received exclusive content both in the game and in real life, including special events at Emirates Stadium and content made specifically for eFootball players.
