At EVO 2025, SNK announced that Ken Masters from the iconic Street Fighter series is officially joining Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves as a playable DLC fighter starting today, August 3, at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET.

The crossover was initially announced in July, but now players can finally get their hands on Ken across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.

Ken Masters Enters South Town

Voiced by David Matranga (English) and Yuuji Kishi (Japanese), Ken is a veteran Metro City brawler who heads to South Town in search of closure from a past incident. Known for his fiery offense and fast-paced fighting style, Ken’s arrival shakes things up in the Fatal Fury universe as he crosses paths with the Legendary Wolf himself.

This marks a rare crossover moment for two legendary fighting franchises—Fatal Fury and Street Fighter—giving fans a taste of dream match potential in SNK’s latest title.

Ken’s SNK moveset brings his iconic techniques into Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, including classics like the Shoryuken, Hadoken, and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku.

The trailer also showcases newer moves inspired by Street Fighter 6, such as the Dragonlash Kick, which adds greater mobility and combo potential. His Ignition and Redline Gear abilities, Shoryureppa and Shinryu Reppa, make their debut in SNK’s fighting system as well.

Expect blazing-fast combos and strong rushdown potential, fitting perfectly into the REV System’s mechanics.

Originally revealed as a spiritual successor to Garou: Mark of the Wolves, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves introduces several new gameplay systems:

• REV System: REV Arts, REV Accel, and REV Blows allow for aggressive combat strategies, while the REV Meter adds depth by overheating under repeated use.
• Control Options: Both Arcade Style (for veterans) and Smart Style (for beginners) allow for flexible gameplay across skill levels.
• Character Roster: 22 fighters are available at launch, with 17 returning or new characters and five additional fighters coming through Season Pass DLC.
• Episodes of South Town: A single-player RPG adventure mode lets players complete battles with specific conditions to level up and unlock new skills.
