POCO Debuts X7 Series, Blending Performance with Bold Design

POCO has unveiled their latest gaming-focused smartphones series, the POCO X7 Pro and POCO X7, marking a significant step forward in mobile gaming technology. The flagship POCO X7 Pro debuts with the Dimensity 8400-Ultra processor, built on TSMC’s 4nm process, delivering substantial performance gains with 54% improved CPU efficiency and 70% better GPU performance compared to its predecessor.

Gaming enthusiasts will appreciate the POCO X7 Pro’s WildBoost Optimization 3.0, which leverages proprietary algorithms to maintain stable frame rates and enhanced connection stability. The device can handle demanding titles like Genshin Impact at 1.5K AI super resolution, while the LiquidCool Technology 4.0 with a 5000mm² cooling area ensures sustained performance during intense gaming sessions.

The POCO X7 variant, powered by the Dimensity 7300-Ultra processor, achieves an impressive AnTuTu score of 704,404 and supports RAM expansion up to 24GB for smooth multitasking. Both devices feature a 6.67″ CrystalRes 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display with a 2560Hz instant sampling rate and 16x super-resolution touch, ensuring responsive gaming controls even with wet hands.

Battery life won’t be a concern for marathon gaming sessions, as the X7 Pro packs POCO’s largest-ever 6000mAh battery, supporting 90W HyperCharge for a full charge in just 42 minutes. The X7 features a 5110mAh battery with 45W turbo charging. Both devices maintain over 80% battery capacity even after 1600 charge cycles.

The X7 Pro is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, while the X7 uses Gorilla Glass Victus 2, ensuring the devices can withstand the rigors of mobile gaming. In addition, the new POCO X7 series is now available in Malaysia, with the X7 Pro offered in Black, Green, and Yellow colorways across three storage variants (8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB). The X7 comes in Black, Green, and Silver, with two storage options (8GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB).
