Entergram has announced Okayu Nyumu!, a new romance visual novel featuring popular Hololive VTuber Nekomata Okayu, will launch in Japan on February 27, 2025. The game will be available for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
Players will take on the role of Okayu’s caretaker in this pure romance visual novel, which promises to deliver a heartwarming story of daily life and developing relationships. The game focuses on sharing meaningful moments while uncovering the mysteries surrounding Okayu’s character, with the story being directly overseen by the VTuber herself.
Digital versions will be available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch for 2,970 yen. Entergram offers physical editions exclusively in two special packages: a Limited Edition for 9,900 yen and a hololive Official Edition for 14,300 yen. Pre-orders for physical versions will begin on October 31.
The Limited Edition includes several exclusive items such as a B2-size tapestry, original soundtrack, newly recorded drama CD, acrylic magnet, Polaroid-style cards, acrylic key chain, and a hanging acrylic stand. The premium hololive Official Edition adds even more content, featuring a B6-size holographic acrylic panel, an additional drama CD, and a theme song CD, with more bonuses still in development.
Entergram created the game to reflect Nekomata Okayu’s desire to “live honestly,” giving fans a chance to experience a personal story with the beloved VTuber. While Entergram will release physical PC versions through the special editions, they have not announced plans for a digital PC release.
