505 Games and Leenzee Games Announce Their Soulslike Action RPG, WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, Coming in 2025

This week’s Xbox Partner Preview provided an extensive first look at WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, a Soulslike game developed by Leenzee Games and published by 505 Games. The game has already started attracting comparisons to Black Myth: Wukong. Set in the late Ming Dynasty in China, the newly released trailer hints that myth and magic will take center stage, focusing on fantasy rather than historical accuracy. It also highlights the various powers players will have at their disposal.

WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers is a Soulslike action RPG set in the chaotic late Ming Dynasty in the land of Shu, where warring factions and a mysterious illness create turmoil. In this game, players take on the role of Wuchang, a skilled pirate warrior who is not only suffering from amnesia but also afflicted by a terrifying feathering disease.

As you step into Wuchang’s shoes, you’ll explore the depths of Shu, enhancing your arsenal while mastering new skills gained from defeated foes. Moreover, the game features a dynamic combat system, allowing you to evolve your fighting style by utilizing Red Mercury and powerful weapon upgrades.
