Lara Croft from the Tomb Raider series will be entering the fog in the latest crossover with Behaviour Interactive’s Dead by Daylight. This is the first time the game will be having a crossover with an action-adventure game. Lara being added into the survivors will definitely be an experience for the heroine.
The Dead by Daylight x Tomb Raider DLC will be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch and on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store once it arrives on July 16, 2024.
The ultimate survivor faces a gauntlet of otherworldly peril.

For those unaware, Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer horror game where 4 survivors must work together to repair generators to escape the killer. Bring in perks that will aid you and other players in precarious situations or be selfish and save your own skin. The goal is to repair 5 generators or escape through the hatch if there is only 1 survivor left.
Dead by Daylight has seen many collaborations recently with there being the Dungeons & Dragons, Alan Wake, Chucky and even Stranger Things chapter. Lara has always been intelligent and resourceful so here’s a look on what she has to offer in her perks:
- This perk activates while you are healthy. Your fast vaults are 20% faster. This perk goes on cooldown for 40/35/30 seconds after performing a fast vault.
- After you unlock a chest and cleanse or bless a totem, this perk activates. Anytime you would scream, reveal the Killer’s aura for 3/4/5 seconds instead.
- Each time you open or rummage through a chest, gain 1 token, up to 3/3/3. When you do a great skill check on a generator, consume all tokens. Then for each token consumed, reduce the maximum required generator progress by 2/3/4.

She is available in the Public Test Build (PTB) servers so do try it out if you’re interested. This is only applicable to Steam users. Go to Library and right-click on Dead by Daylight. Then you’ll want to click on Properties and navigate to the Betas tab. Select it and look for public beta from the drop-down menu. Restart Steam and you should be able to play in the PTB servers.
