The new Yu-Gi-Oh OCG Duel Monsters LEGACY OF DESTRUCTION in English Edition for Asia is now available, starting from June 15, 2024.

Yu-Gi-Oh OCG Duel Monsters LEGACY OF DESTRUCTION includes cards that strengthen the “Gandora the Dragon of Destruction” deck, which was played by Yugi Muto, the protagonist of the original Yu-Gi-Oh series.

The “Gandora the Dragon of Destruction” deck is stronger than ever, with the newly introduced “Gandora” monster destroying and banishing all other cards in the field. Furthermore, you can even turn the tide of battle with its effect on Special Summon ally monsters from the deck.

Meanwhile, “Shining Sarcophagus” works as the core of the deck, allowing you to access various cards to deploy “Gandora-G the Dragon of Destruction” and other monsters. Also, don’t miss out on cards such as “Silent Swordsman”, “Silent Magician”, “Gadget”, and “Marshmallon” relating to the effects of “Shining Sarcophagus”.

The Spell and Trap cards are also powerful in this set, allowing you to effectively deploy, and interfere opponent, benefitting monsters to initial your offense with powerful formation.

On the other hand, the 3 “Tenpai Dragons” possess the effect to Synchro Summon with itself or ally monsters as material during a Battle Phase in your or your opponent’s turn. Additionally, “Paidra” also has effects to draw a Spell or Trap card from the deck and take 0 battle damage from battles of ally monsters.

There is also “Fadra”, which has effects to revive ally monsters from the graveyard and protect ally monsters from being destroyed by battle, while the tuner “Chundra” can be Special Summoned from hand and Special Summon ally monsters from the deck.

On the topic of Synchro cards, the new Level 7 Synchro monster can aim for more Synchro Summons with Synchro or Tuner ally monsters from the graveyard. The level 10 Synchro monster can set all monsters to attack position and force the opponent’s monsters to attack. You can make use of the effects of “Tenpai Dragons” to deploy during Battle Phases along with the Quick-Play Spell Card “Sangen Kaimen” to summon and intercept.

Utilize the Field Spell Card with effects to protect ally monsters from effects activated by your opponent, add ally monsters to hand from Deck, double the ATK of ace monster, to dominate Battle Phases and seize victory.

This package is also the debut of the “Melodious” Pendulum monster, which in addition to deploying and adding relating cards to hand from the deck with monster effects and Pendulum effects, can also deploy through Pendulum Summons.

Lastly, there is the “Ragnaraika” – Fight with high Link monsters summoned instantly from the deployment of Insect/Plant/Reptile monsters to Link Summoning one after another.
