ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced that the 2024 AMD gaming laptop series, ROG Zephyrus G14 and TUF Gaming A15 will be available on shelves in Malaysia.
Featuring the latest AMD Ryzen 8000 Series processor, with AMD Ryzen AI support, both ASUS 2024 gaming laptops will be available in Malaysia this February.
ASUS Zephyrus
In 2024, the ASUS Zephyrus G14 gaming laptop received a complete design overhaul, featuring an all-aluminum CNC-machined chassis for balance of weight reduction, structural rigidity, and increased chassis space.
Its lid also sports a brand-new customizable LED Slash Lighting array that follows a diagonal across the lid of the machines with animated sequences.
This allows for an edge-to-edge keyboard design combined with larger individual keycaps and touchpad.
The speakers are also overhauled and are now 25% larger than the previous generation with a 47% volume increase and bass response down to 100 Hz for more immersive audio experiences.
The machines will be available in either the traditional Eclipse Gray or the new Platinum White color option with a premium matte finish.
ASUS TUF Gaming A15 (2024)
ASUS TUF Gaming A15 is also getting a 2024 refresh, now armed with the latest AMD Ryzen 8000 series processors alongside DDR5-5600MHz RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40-Series Laptop GPU with NVIDIA Advanced Optimus.
The TUF Gaming laptops are also upgradeable, featuring two memory and storage slots for expansion.
As for the display, TUF Gaming A15 keeps its slimmer 16:9 IPS panel display, while sporting a resolution of 2.5K and a refresh rate of up to 165Hz with G-SYNC technology.
For audio, the 2024 TUF Gaming lineup will come equipped with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio.
Availability & Pricing
The ROG Zephyrus G14 (2024) gaming laptops will be available in two different GPU options, available in Malaysia starting today.
Both GPU options will come equipped with AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS Processor and they are as follows:
- RTX 4060 GPU-powered version, paired with 32GB RAM and 1TB PCIe 4.0 storage, priced at RM 8,999 (Eclipse Gray only)
- RTX 4050 GPU-powered version, paired with 16GB RAM and 1TB PCIe 4.0 storage, priced at RM 7,999 (Eclipse Gray or Platinum White)
Similarly, the TUF Gaming A15 will also be available with two GPU options and equipped with AMD Ryzen 9 8945H Processor.
Comes in the Jaeger Gray color option, the TUF Gaming A15 laptops will be on shelves sometime middle of February 2024.
