Darkness Reborn to terminate its services on 30 March 2018

Gamevil recently announced that its action RPG Darkness Reborn will have its services terminated on 30 March 2018. The game came out in 2014 and was widely praised for its hack and slash gameplay that was prevalent at that time, offering both single-play and multiplayer modes. While there were many titles like it, Darkness Reborn stood out from the pack for being a very polished release. It unfortunate that the game is ending, but that is how the industry works.

In-game purchases and downloads were disabled on 25 January 2018, although users will still be able to play until 30 March 2018 as mentioned. Only in-game currency on 25 January 2018 will be refunded, although it will take until 30 April 2018 for users to get their money back. Remember as they say, don’t cry because it’s over, but smile because it happened. You will be missed, Darkness Reborn.
