A page for NIKKE: Goddess of Victory is apparently up on CN BiliBili with pre-registrations for it opened.

As of present, no official announcement has been made from the game’s existing social media and the BiliBili page has not listed out any release date for the game. 

The page uses English images unlike every other game released on the site nor was there any mentions of a pre-registration campaign on the page.

Whether or not a CN release will actually come is still up in the air but there is no denying that a BiliBili page for the game does exist.

Fans speculated that an imminent CN release could be the reason why the developers had been censoring a few character designs in NIKKE.

NIKKE: Goddess of Victory is a third person shooter game developed by SHIFT UP and published by Tencent with the global version available now for Android and iOS.

The global version will soon be having Miracle Snow, their Christmas themed event along with the release of Rupee: Winter Shopper, their first limited character in the game.
