Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has announced the coming-together of its entertainment and toy divisions at Thailand Game Show 2022, taking place from 21st October to 23rd October.

At their featured booth, visitors are able to try exclusive game demos for Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia’s upcoming and recently launched games such as:

• Pac-man World Re-Pac
• SD Gundam Battle Alliance (Available in Thai)

Game producers for Doraemon Story of Seasons: Friends of the Great Kingdom and One Piece Odyssey, Koji Nakajima and Katsuaki Tsuzuki also made their appearance at the event, bringing special announcements and gameplay footage for the two titles.

The System trailer for the game was revealed and features gameplay footage of how players can socialize with the villagers along with tips and tricks on how to win over their friendship.

Details on the first DLC Pack, “Winter Life” is also revealed. The DLC pack contains costumes for Noby and friends, along with winter themed furniture and a playable mini scenario featuring a new secret gadget. The DLC is set to release on 2nd November.

Koji Nakajima also pointed out a new game feature on how each player will affect the outer appearance of their animals depending on how they rear and raise them. The change in the animals’ pattern and colour will also reflect how well the animals are being taken care of.

Doraemon Story of Seasons: Friends of the Great Kingdom is set to release on 2nd November 2022 on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Steam. The game will also be localised for the first time in Bahasa Indonesia and Thai.

One Piece Odyssey

A new gameplay footage featuring Alabasta was shown in the event along with a special video message from Marika Kohno, the voice actor for Lim as well as Kappei Yamaguchi, the voice actor for Usopp. The video was exclusively shown at the One Piece Odyssey zone at Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia booth.

One Piece Odyssey will be released on 12th January 2023 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S with the Steam version to be available on 13th January 2023. The game will be localised in both Bahasa Indonesia and Thai.

Rows of Collectibles and Action Figures

Figures and plastic models related to featured IPs at Thailand Game Show 2022 are all lined up and put on display in their respective game zones at Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia booth, giving visitors a look into how toys and video games are connected.
