The opening theme song for the upcoming Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream, titled “Syndetos” has been released.

The theme is performed by the popular Japanese singer Suzuyu, most well known for performing the theme song to the anime ‘Little Busters!’.
Atelier Sophie 2, is a sequel to the original Atelier Sophie and the latest in the long-running Atelier RPG franchise by Gust. It is specifically being a return to the ‘Mysterious’ subseries which includes Atelier Sophie, Firis, and Lydie & Suelle.
The game will also see the illustrator NOCO return to the series as the lead character designer. This will be the first Atelier game he has worked on since the previous Msyerious Atelier game ‘Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings.’
The Mysterious Dream offers the same gameplay tried and true gameplay of the series but brings new features to its turn-based battle system. The most notable of these is the removal of separate battle screens or transitional load times, allowing for a more fluent gameplay loop.
Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream is coming to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC on February 25, 2022.
