Nintendo has revealed plans for a worldwide hands-on tour of their upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 console, beginning April 4, 2025. The Nintendo Switch 2 Experience will span multiple continents, giving fans their first opportunity to try the highly-anticipated gaming system.
The tour kicks off simultaneously in Paris and New York on April 4-6, followed by events in Los Angeles and London the following weekend. Throughout April and May, the experience will visit major cities across Europe, North America, Oceania, and Asia, with some Asian locations still to be announced.
For U.S. residents, the experience will be hosted at three locations: Center415 in New York (April 4-6), Television City in Los Angeles (April 11-13), and the Embarcadero Building at Fair Park in Dallas (April 25-27). Ticket registration for U.S. locations opens January 17 at 12 PM PT and closes January 26 at 11:59 PM local time for each venue.

Access to these Switch 2 experience events will be determined through a free random drawing system. Interested participants must have a Nintendo Account to enter and can register either individually or as part of a family group of up to six people. For family groups, all members must have linked Nintendo Accounts and attend the same session together.
While specific playable titles haven’t been officially announced for the experience, Nintendo is expected to showcase games that highlight the new system’s capabilities. The global tour schedule includes stops in various major cities, with events planned in Milan, Berlin, Madrid, Amsterdam, Toronto, Melbourne, Tokyo, and Seoul. Dates for Hong Kong and Taipei venues are yet to be announced.
