MapleStory R Evolution Introduces Multiple PvP Gameplay Modes

MapleStory R Evolution have revealed a variety of new gameplay modes, including “Mask Rivalry”, “Interdimensional Duel”, and “Apex Arena”, offering players the ultimate PvP experience, and more.

Aside from the PvP modes, the “Tower of Origins” will test players’ solo combat abilities. Meanwhile, “Seaside Summer” the music festival-themed event is about to begin, where players can showcase their talents on the musical stage, creating their own refreshing carbonated beverages, enjoy the fun of DIY bartending, and explore a range of limited-time fashion items.

Tower of Origins

The Maple World is heating up with the introduction of brand new PvP battle modes – “Mask Party”, “Interdimensional Due”, and “Apex Arena”, as well as the challenging tower-climbing gameplay of “Tower of Origins” along with the new “Soul Orb” system.

The “Mask Party” event is where adventurers put on a mysterious mask which gains a dual boost in both attributes and skills. At the time of writing, players can engage in intense 3v3 capture the flag battles with others, earn points to advance ranks, and win promotion rewards, rank rewards, as well as ranking rewards.

Meanwhile, “Interdimensional Duel” is where the top 128 adventurers who will engage in mutual PK battles. Winners advance through intense competition, to culminate in the crowning of the ultimate champion.

“Apex Arena” is an event where the top 21 active players on the power rankings from each server will represent their respective servers and participate in grouped competitions. This event is much like a capture the flag mode where capturing the opponent’s flag and bringing it back to your own area adds +100 points. Defeating opponents also earns points and the team that reaches 300 points first wins the round.

With “Tower of Origins”, adventurers climb up the tower carrying the “Soul Orb”, and face challenges on each level. Clearing specific levels will have players earn honing points.

Seaside Summer

In the “Seaside Summer” music festival, adventurers can show off their skills in the Music Showcase. Tap the keys as the notes fall and dance to the rhythm of the music. Finishing the game will have players obtaining drink ingredients which can freely be used to concoct a variety of refreshing carbonated beverages.

Pink Bean Vtuber Project

The official MapleStory R Evolution community has released four Vtuber models – Orange Mushroom, Pink Bean, Slime and Yeti for adventurers to freely use in content creation, livestreaming, and more.

Players can also participate in the Maple Cup Grand Tournament’s Superstar track where you can earn rewards by creating high-quality content.
