The Granblue Fantasy Christmas 2022 special livestream had a lot of shenanigans and jampacked all the news all at the end, so let’s go through what’s coming:

NEW CHARACTERS

• Erin, Michael (Grand), Charlotta (Grand), Macora/Mahala (localization pending) as the Rabbit zodiac

NEW SUMMONS

• Yatima (Providence Series)

NEW UNCAP

• January’s character 5-star uncap will be Shiva (Fire Grand)

• Transcendence for Bahamut and Lucifer summons, raising their level cap to 250, buffed call and aura, and gain sub aura

NEW SKINS

• New Year outfits for Cassius, Fediel and Satyr, available 31 December 2022 to 7 January 2023

• Last year’s outfits for Jeanne d’Arc, Lucio and Geisenborger will be available permanently
• Nier and Vikala’s outfits from their CD jackets will be available from 25 January 2023, and does not require buying the related CDs again

• Premium Friday outfit for the main character

• Cidala skin available from event

NEW EVENTS

• Michael and Primarchs-centric event starting 29 December 2022
• Age of Tyranno replacing (?) Auld Lang Syne starting 25 December 2022

• Special Collab Fever with reruns for Persona 5, Cardcaptor Sakura and Code Geass in succession. Joker, Sakura and Lelouch will get 5-star uncaps

NEW UPDATES

• Unite and Fight boss, Noir. There will be a 10 second lockout between starting battles

• Luminous series of weapons
• Rebalances for characters starting 26 December with Fire for Ghandagoza, Danua (Halloween), Satyr, Wilnas. In time, there will be adjustments for Water (Altair, Yuel, Cagliostro (Swimsuit), Filene), Earth (Rosetta (Swimsuit), Hallessena, Arulumaya, Baal), Wind (Selfira, Lennah, Nezha, Niyon), Light (Levin Sisters, Albert, Mary (Holiday), Sandalphon) and Dark (Azazel, Tanya, Vania, Black Knight)
• 5-star uncap for New World Foundation (Arcarum) weapons
• Xeno Militis weapons coming soon
• New Year Campaign will continue until 16 January 2023

NEW MERCHANDISE

• GBF Soundtrack, featuring songs from the 7th anniversary onwards
