Echoes of Mana has been announced for iOS and Android devices worldwide, coming in 2022. Echoes of Mana is dubbed as an “all-star” title, featuring characters across the Mana series, developed in partnership by Square Enix and Wright Flyer Studios.

As the characters in the game are voiced, Legend of Mana‘s protagonists, at the very least, will be receiving voices at some point. The combat system was shown off briefly on the 30th Mana series anniversary stream, which you can see below.
Characters also have cut-ins for skills. The game will feature an original story, with both returning and new monsters for players to battle. The game potentially as some form of multiplayer, so just stay tuned for details.
It’s pretty cool to see the game looking slated for a simultaneous worldwide release, for this relatively more niche series. With the recent launch of Legend of Mana remastered for PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC, maybe the resurgence really is coming up.
