The servers will shutdown on 20 February 2020, 11:00 (UTC + 8). The post thanks Crossers for being part of the adventure. The SEA server began service in April, making this quite the quick shutdown. There are several notices attached to the shutdown, which you can read below:
- Players who have recharged before 23 December 2019 11:00 (UTC +8) can request to transfer any remaining Paid Maigo to the in-game currency of Swords & Summoners, another mobile game published by 37Games. Amount possible to be transferred will be done at a certain ratio, capped at total recharge amount. Time of transfer: 23 December 2019 to 15 February 2020.
- In-game currency can only be transferred once to one target server. The notice asks players to contact customer service for further details.
- Dengeki Bunko: Crossing Void servers will shut down on 20 February 2020, 11:00 (UTC +8) to avoid unnecessary loss. New user registration will halt at the same time.
- Any questions should be referred to the game’s customer service.
Delivery details of Bride Kuroyukihime can be checked in the in-game notice. 37Games appreciates player’s support for Dengeki Bunko: Crossing Void and looks forward to meeting players in their next game.
Good news, though. Crossers who want to play more of this crossover can migrate to the Global version! It will be opening to players in the following regions in the following Spring:
