We’ve previously reported that Epic Games would be bringing the Quantic Dream games to the Epic Games Store. Now, the release date and PC version demos for Heavy Rain, Beyond Two Souls, and Detroit: Become Human have been announced.
Here are the details:
- Heavy Rain (Pre-order here, USD9.99, or ~RM42)
Play four different characters in this tension-soaked psychological thriller. Choose your next move carefully, as every decision may have dramatic outcomes.
Spanning four days of mystery and suspense, the hunt is on for a murderer known only as “The Origami Killer” – named after his macabre calling card of leaving behind folded paper shapes at crime scenes.
Each of the four characters follow their own leads, with their own motives. Directing their very actions, you have to prevent the killer from claiming a new victim. How this story ends is entirely up to you…
The demo for Heavy Rain will be the first to appear on 24th May 2019, with the full release set to launch on 24 June 2019.
- Beyond: Two Souls (Pre-order here, USD9.99, or ~RM42)
A unique psychological action thriller delivered by A-list Hollywood performances of Ellen PAGE, Willem DAFOE, Beyond: Two Souls™ takes you on a thrilling journey across the globe as you play out the remarkable life of Jodie Holmes.
Born with a connection to a mysterious entity with incredible powers, Jodie is different.
Your actions will determine Jodie’s fate as she faces extraordinary challenges, danger, and heart-wrenching loss on a journey to discover the truth of who she is.
Beyond: Two Souls’ demo is next with a 27th June 2019 demo release, followed by the full release on 22 July 2019.
- Detroit: Become Human (Pre-order here, USD19.99, or ~RM84)
Detroit 2038. Technology has evolved to a point where human like androids are everywhere. They speak, move and behave like human beings, but they are only machines serving humans.
Play three distinct androids and see a world at the brink of chaos – perhaps our future – through their eyes. Your very decisions will dramatically alter how the game’s intense, branching narrative plays out.
You will face moral dilemmas and decide who lives or dies. With thousands of choices and dozens of possible endings, how will you affect the future of Detroit and humanity’s destiny?
There are no fixed dates for Detroit: Become Human yet but the demo is expected to be out on Summer 2019, while the full release will be out during Fall 2019.
