Developers FUNDOLL Games’ upcoming title Cat Fantasy have started its Closed Beta Test from now till 8th October for the SEA region.

Players from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines will be able to try out the Closed Beta Test on the official TapTap account for PC and Android.

Imagine saving the world in a cat cafe with Cat Fantasy, a turn-based RPG featuring anthropomorphic cats developed by Fundoll Games. In an urban city filled with these unique felines, you take on the role of an ‘investigation officer’ who runs a cafe named ‘Cat of Baker Street’ as a starting point.

As you lead your own cat team, you’ll alternate between the healing cat-cafe life and mysterious investigations, all while uncovering the truth behind the existence of a large number of emotional diseases plaguing the city.

The gameplay for Cat Fantasy revolves around card-based combat where using a card will activate a character’s skill.

Similar cards or cards placed adjacently can be combined together, which in turns power up the potency of the skill and cards can be combined up to 2 times.

Playing or combining cards will grant you SP and once the SP bar is full, you’ll get an SP card which is essentially a character’s ultimate skill.
