Sneaky Sasquatch players are going to have an exciting September, as the game announces its major crossover with Subway Surfers+, available only for a limited time on Apple Arcade. Also, a birdwatching update is on the way, coming September 17.

The Sneaky Sasquatch and Subway Surfers crossover started today and runs until October 7. With it, players can enjoy Subway Surfers as is, but in reimagined levels inspired by locations from Sasquatch Valley. Also, the entire aesthetic of the game has been given an overhaul, like the usual gold coins being replaced by raccoon coins and the security guard sporting an all-new ranger outfit.

Furthermore, the collab adds four character skins and two unique hoverboards available to unlock for players. The skins include Sneaky himself as well as fake Jake and Tricky. 

As for Sneaky Sasquatch, its major update on September 17 will introduce a new birdwatching activity. Over 30 bird species will come with the update, allowing players to sink in several hours to try and pursue each. The birds can be found by exploring the game’s open-world environments, where they can photograph and add them to their database.

Snapping bird photos earns players rewards. The quality of the photos also matters, as better rewards are given depending on the photos’ composition and quality. Moreover, additional bonuses are available for taking pictures of rare birds, discovering a species for the first time, or capturing multiple ones in a single snap.

Finally, Apple is also celebrating Sneaky Sasqatch’s 11th anniversary with 11 new festive stickers for Messages.
