In an official notice, the Blade & Soul Heroes team thanked players for supporting the game throughout its journey. They said, “We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this sudden news may have caused. Thank you for your loving words that helped us move forward in a better direction.”

The team also reflected on the memories shared with the community. They emphasized that every word of encouragement remains close to their hearts. They added that player support will always stand as an unforgettable memory.

Service Termination Timeline

The team will remove all paid items from the store after regular maintenance on December 17, 2025. The official Discord channels will close on December 26, 2025. Players will lose access to downloads and in-game services after 12:00 PM on February 19, 2026.

The official website, excluding the notice board, will remain partially accessible until that date. The company will fully shut down the website on April 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Players can continue enjoying Blade & Soul Heroes until the service ends, but they should prepare ahead of time.

Compensation and Refund Details

The team will refund all paid purchases made between September 16, 2025, and December 17, 2025, even if players already used the items. Players must submit a 1:1 inquiry in-game under [Refund (Service Termination)] to request compensation.

They must include server and character names, purchase receipts, and bank account details. Players must also agree to the collection and use of personal information to proceed. Refund procedures differ by platform. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases require receipts and proof of payment.

PC Purple purchases process refunds through the original payment method, though some cases require account registration. The refund window runs from December 17, 2025, 10:30 AM to March 21, 2026, 11:59 PM. Players should submit requests early to avoid delays or rejection.
