Developer Reality Squared Games has just announced Beasts Evolved, a side-scrolling monster breeder with RPG elements for the smartphones. Despite the mish mash of genres, the game is fairly straightforward, as you will be assembling a team consisting of five monsters to your enemies.
Astute gamers will notice that the game very much resembles Patapon, a PSP classic, although Beasts Evolved plays nothing like it. Each monster in your team has its own role and skillset to deal with foes, so understanding each unit’s abilities and strengths will be imperative.
The game is actually out right now but in Traditional Chinese. Its English version is however slated for a release sometime in late-July 2017 or early-August 2017. If you are interested and can read Traditional Chinese, you can find the game in iOS and Android stores (or follow our link below).
