Pokémon Center SINGAPORE is set to reopen its doors this Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Jewel Changi Airport, following a three-month revamp that began when the store temporarily closed on 1 April. The reopening marks a major transformation of the space, with a new store concept inspired by Singapore’s culture and heritage.
Since it first opened in 2019, Pokémon Center SINGAPORE has served as a destination for both locals and international visitors passing through Jewel Changi Airport. The revamped store continues that role, with Pokémon Singapore describing the reopening as a milestone in deepening its connection with fans locally and around the world.

One of the most notable changes is the store’s new symbol Pokémon. Solgaleo, a Legendary Pokémon known for its large, sun-like mane, now appears on the store’s official logo and stands at the façade alongside Pikachu. The choice has already drawn positive response from fans ahead of the opening. Inside, the store features shelves and interior elements that draw from traditional Singaporean architecture and design, giving the space a look that sets it apart from other Pokémon Center locations. Admission during the opening period will be managed in line with safety guidelines.

To mark the occasion, Pokémon Singapore has released a range of commemorative merchandise spread across two waves, totaling 20 exclusive products. The first wave launches on 1 July and includes 12 lifestyle items, among them products featuring original artwork of Pokémon set against a Singapore-inspired cityscape, as well as a Kopi Cup and Saucer Set.
A second wave of merchandise follows on August 7, leaning further into local everyday life and culture. That collection includes bag charms of Pikachu paired with iconic local foods such as durian, kopi, and pandan cake, as well as pouches with a Peranakan-inspired Pokémon pattern on the inner lining, graphic T-shirts, and a tote bag featuring Pikachu and Solgaleo embroidery.

For those planning to visit during the opening week, which runs from July 1 to July 5, admission will be split into two time slots. From 10:00AM to 1:00PM, entry is through advance reservations via a Store Visit Application, though the application period for this slot has already closed. From 1:00PM onwards, same-day queue entry tickets will be available and distributed on-site from 8:30AM daily on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
