The Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association (CESA) has released a wide set of visitor details for Tokyo Game Show 2026 (TGS2026), covering everything from ticket pricing to sponsors and the event’s main artwork. The announcement marks the official start of visitor-focused updates ahead of the show, which this year runs for five days, the longest in the event’s history.
The official visitor website is now live, offering both Japanese and English pages. The site will list exhibitors, ticket information, and various programs planned by the organizers, and will be updated regularly as more details come out.
Alongside the website, TGS2026 revealed its main visual, created by illustrator Zashikiwarashi, who also worked on last year’s artwork. The piece is built around five separate illustrations, each representing a different theme tied to the show’s five-day run. Zashikiwarashi said the artwork follows the same character from the teaser visual as she loses herself in the excitement of the show, and expressed hope that it would capture the atmosphere of TGS for both longtime attendees and first-time visitors.

Ticket details for the public days were also finalized. This year introduces a new Premium Ticket, priced at 30,000 yen, which covers all three public days and includes access to a lounge area called the Energy Spot, along with priority entry and original merchandise. One-Day Tickets for junior high school students and older are priced at 3,000 yen per day, Fast Tickets with priority entry benefits are 6,000 yen per day, and Special Discount Tickets are 1,500 yen per day. A limited 30th Anniversary Ticket is also being sold for 3,300,000 yen, which includes a made-to-order pure gold medal featuring artwork from popular game titles; this ticket is only available to buyers within Japan.
Premium and Fast Tickets will first be sold through a lottery starting at noon on July 11 and running through July 15, followed by first-come, first-served sales on July 20. One-Day and Special Discount Tickets also go on sale July 20, with sales for each date continuing until tickets sell out or the specific public day begins. Admission remains free for children of primary school age and younger, except for Premium and Fast Ticket categories. International visitor ticket sales begin the same day as domestic sales, July 11, through Trip.com.

The two Business Days, September 17 and 18, are reserved for industry professionals who pass a pre-screening process, with entry not permitted for anyone under 18, students, or young children. Business Day tickets go on sale July 30, with three tiers: Advance Registration at 16,500 yen, Gold Pass at 44,000 yen, and Black Pass at 110,000 yen, each offering different levels of lounge access and entry privileges.
In addition, the second wave of the event’s official influencer group, TGS BOOSTERZ, was announced, bringing the total lineup to include musicians, comedians, voice actors, professional gamers, and content creators from Japan and Taiwan. The newly revealed members include singer Eir Aoi, comedian JP, talent Moga Mogami, voice actress Kaori Maeda, professional gamers Gachikun and Bonchan, several TikTok creators, and two creators from Taiwan, RJ and Yougun Lee. Each shared messages expressing excitement about joining the show’s 30th anniversary celebrations.
Finally, the Family Game Park will return for all three public days at the TKP Tokyo Bay Makuhari Hall. The area is free for children 15 and under along with accompanying guardians, and includes a play zone with kid-friendly games and a learning zone focused on the game development industry, alongside a kids’ stage and character meet-and-greets.
With ticket sales opening in the coming weeks and further details expected on the official website and social channels, TGS2026 is set to take place across five days in September, split between two business days and three public days at Makuhari Messe.
