Supporting local studios: Lemon Sky Studios with credentials in FFVIIR and Project Resistance!

Local Malaysian studio Lemon Sky Studios is surely moving up in acclaim, having gotten opportunities to work on some of the biggest titles in gate: least of all, FFVIIR / Final Fantasy VII Remake and Project Resistance / Resident Evil Resistance! The names of the people who have worked on these titles were revealed along with messages from the studio on their Facebook page. Read them below:

Thank you very much to Square Enix for giving us the chance to work on FFVII Remake – the long awaited re-imagining of one of our favorite games of all time that made us fall in love with video games when we were kids!

The fact that we were working on a remake of such an iconic game meant that this project had more pressure than usual. We wanted to do our best to live up to the expectations of the fans, so we really put everything that we had into this one!

We’re proud to announce our involvement with Resident Evil Resistance!

The team that worked on this project was a group of passionate young artists who strove very hard for each and every asset they produced. We’re also big fans of the Resident Evil franchise so we were extremely excited when we found out we would be working on a project set in Raccoon City!

Thank you very much to NeoBards Entertainment and Capcom for bringing us on board for this project and congratulations to them on the launch of Resident Evil Resistance along with Resident Evil 3!

They are amazing professionals who hold the highest standards for art quality and attention to detail and it was a pleasure working with them to create the art assets for the game!

Who’s your favorite Resident Evil Resistance character so far? We definitely have a soft spot for Valerie, the healer! (And some of the bioweapons too ?)
