Soft Source Publishing and Indonesian developer Gamecom Team have announced that the high school brawler Troublemaker: Raise Your Gang will be making its way to Nintendo Switch on July 31, 2025.

First released for PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG in March 2023, followed by Xbox Series and Xbox One in October, this Switch launch brings the action-packed beat-’em-up to handheld players for the first time. A sequel, Troublemaker 2: Beyond Dream, is currently in development.

Developed by Gamecom Team, Troublemaker: Raise Your Gang is a proudly Indonesian action-adventure game that captures the chaos, drama, and absurdity of high school life in the region. Players take on the role of Budi, a transfer student at one of the country’s most prestigious (and violent) high schools, where fists do the talking in the annual tournament known as Raise Your Gang.

From solving teenage dilemmas to surviving brutal hallways showdowns, players will punch, kick, and combo their way through a uniquely Southeast Asian coming-of-age story.

Fight, Friend, and Survive High School

Gameplay draws heavy inspiration from classic beat-’em-ups, featuring a combat system with over 30 iconic moves to master. As Budi climbs the social ladder, he’ll fight alongside his gang—Parakacuk—each with their own roles and personalities. Whether it’s hanging out with classmates, navigating relationships, or just trying not to get expelled, Troublemaker blends tongue-in-cheek humor with intense schoolyard action.

With a mix of light, heavy, advanced, and “sick” move styles, players can create custom combos, explore school grounds, and collect up to 20 hidden items across the campus.
