[Guide] Genshin Impact: Sumeru Hidden Quest “Fierce Creatures”

The Sumeru update in Genshin Impact introduces a lot of living creatures and that also includes the newly added Spinocrocodile, Wild Sumpter Beast, and Rishboland Tiger and their variants called the “Fierce Creatures”.

There is a hidden quest that involves slaying huge variants of these animals awarding you 40 primogems upon completion.

To start the quest, head over to meet Santon at the location shown down below.

He will mention variants of the creatures living in Sumeru that are huge in size he dubbed the “Fierce Creatures”. These creatures prove a risk to the safety of the villages around and he wants to get rid of these creatures.

He will then drop hints for their locations and you can start heading out to slay them

Rishboland Raja

Rishboland Raja is a huge variant of the Rishboland tiger and can be found at the location down below

Here, you can find a notice that warns to not feed the tigers and there have been sightings of a huge tiger roaming around at midnight.

The crate next to the notice will have a prompt for you to place Fowl on it

• Interact with the crate and place the fowl.
• Change the time to midnight
• The Rishboland Raja will then spawn near you

Defeat the Rishboland Raja and you will have slain one of the three fierce creatures.

Gator Raja 

A huge variant of the Spinocroccodile, it can be found roaming at the map down below

Unlike the Rishboland Raja, Gator Raja will already be there and is surrounded by other Spinocroccodile. Defeat it and you have slain two of the three “Fierce Creatures”

Sumpter Beastlord

Sumpter Beastlord is a huge variant of the Sumpter Beast and it actually resides between Sumeru and Chasm. The location is down below.

• Teleport to the Spire of Solitary of Enlightenment
• Head straight South
• The Beast lies underneath the platform in front of you

Defeat it and you will then have slain all three of the Fierce Creatures.

Return back to where you first meet Santon and he will then congratulate you for slaying all three Fierce Creatures and bringing peace to the villages.

You are then awarded 40 primogems upon the completion of this hidden quest.
