CD Projekt RED is taking Cyberpunk 2077 to a whole new level with a VR experience designed for location-based venues. Unlike a traditional VR port for home systems, this project is a purpose-built, free-roam experience created in partnership with Zero Latency VR, bringing players into Night City like never before.

The initiative will launch across more than 150 locations in 30 countries, allowing players to explore sprawling virtual environments while moving freely in the real world. By leveraging Zero Latency’s free-roam VR technology, the experience supports wireless headsets, full-body tracking, and multiplayer sessions, ensuring a highly immersive and social gameplay format.

Free-Roam VR and Multiplayer Focus

This adaptation emphasizes physical movement and cooperative gameplay. Players can navigate virtual streets, interact with Night City’s environments, and share the experience with friends in multiplayer sessions.
