Arale Adventure, the artillery mobile game based on the popular Dr. Slump series has been released on Android last week! Have you enjoyed the game? If you haven’t tried it out yet, here is our Arale Adventure review that may help you in deciding whether to download the game!

First of all, fans of Dr. Slump will find the game really familiar, as it features over 20 original characters from Dr. Slump such as Arale, Senbei and Akane voiced by their original voiceover casts. The backgrounds during the battles are created based on the series’ classic scenes too.

The mobile market is full of intense real-time battle games such as Mobile Legends and PUBG Mobile now, while turn-based artillery games are more on the casual side. You don’t need to pay full attention every second in the match, instead, you can sit back and wait for your turn to fire. Arale Adventure featured the pros of the artillery games, as both teams will battle in a turn-based basic until all members of one team are defeated.

You can switch between 2 different types of gameplay controls easily even during battle. The energy charging mode is the classic mode for artillery game, but it is kinda hard for newbies as it needs accurate measurements to hit on target. On the other side, the line pulling mode is more newbie-friendly, you can just drag to aim and release to fire.

No matter which type of gameplay control you are using, you can always use the ruler provided to measure the length between you and your opponent, then check on the energy power chart for the best angle and best value of energy needed. The tools are especially useful when you are using the energy charging mode, however the time limit is strict so you won’t have much time to get everything done (you have to be really fast!).

Your strategy plays an important role in Arale Adventure. Different skills such as invisible, Trident missile or ice missile are available during a match, you can use them wisely to gain advantages on your opponent. Also, some area on the battlefield can be destroyed so you could manipulate it to kill your opponents.

Every character has their unique abilities, you can customize their appearance with different costumes too. Aside from the story mode, tons of exciting multiplayer modes including ranked match and co-op adventure are featured in the game. You can add friends or join a guild as well, who knows, you might find your soulmates there!
