Further details have been revealed regarding the Arknights Global Closed Beta Test (CBT). In addition, the notice also mentions an Open Beta Test (OBT)!

The Android version of the CBT is currently planned for between 26 December to 2 January (UTC -7). Applications for the CBT will be, or have already closed (24:00, 19 December UTC -7). Data will be wiped when the CBT is over. Purchases are also unavailable during the CBT.

Previously, only 1,000 players were stated to be able to enter the CBT, but it has now increased to 5,000. Invitations will be sent via email on 24 December (UTC -7). The notice advises players – or Doctors now, one supposes – to check your spam mail in case you miss it.

Should Doctors miss out on the CBT, the OBT will be coming soon. The game will be available to download in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries. The official Discord is open for Doctors to download a customized simulator to play the OBT. In the mean time, you can check out the game’s latest trailer, featuring “Black Steel”.
