gumi Inc has announced the latest collaboration event of The Alchemist Code with Etrian Odyssey, which will be held from 4th until 24th April. The mobile SRPG has had a few collaborations in the past such as the one with Disgaea in September last year.

Etrian Odyssey is a dungeon-crawler RPG series that is developed by Atlus and owned by Sega. The first game came out way back in 2007 and their latest title, Etrian Odyssey Nexus, was launched on the Nintendo 3DS in August last year.

In this collaboration event, players will get the chance to summon four unique characters from Etrian Odyssey – Shaman, Harbinger, Sovereign and Protector. Players can also get the chance to summon two special The Alchemist Code characters in their Etrian Odyssey versions – Dragoon Chloe and Dancer Shenmei.

Furthermore, there are some collaboration gears which you can use to unlock each class’ Master Abilities.

• Sovereign Scepter
• Shaman’s Sacrifice Ritual
• Harbinger’s Doom Scythe
• Fencer’s Light Metal Rapier
• Gunner Rifle

In addition to that, players can get the chance to summon the unique Etrian Odyssey collaboration Memento – Crossroad of Destiny. With this Memento, players can unlock the special abilities of their Etrian Odyssey characters.

To receive Fencer and Gunner for free, players will have to complete the two Etrian Odyssey Collaboration Quests.

Quest 1

Harbinger, Fencer, and Shaman were summoned to Babel by the enigmatic Ouroboros to quell horde of monsters never seen before. During their search for these monsters, they heard rumors of a black female knight defeating these monsters. Worst of all, she had attacked the local knights too. Is this black knight a friend or foe? Can these adventurers protect Babel from this monster invasion?

Quest 2

A mysterious voice was heard beckoning for help. In a flash of light, Gunner, Protector, and Sovereign were suddenly teleported from their world to Babel. Unable to ignore this call for help, they set out together to find the origin behind this voice. Unbeknownst to them, an epidemic that causes green bruises on the skin too had swept over a nearby village out of nowhere. Was their summoning linked to this epidemic?
