COLOPL has announced that Kazuma Kaneko’s Tsukuyomi, a tactical deckbuilding tower dungeon RPG, is heading to PC via Steam on July 24. The game originally launched on Nintendo Switch on April 23 and will now be available to a wider audience with support for English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
The game comes from Kazuma Kaneko, known as the “Demon Artist” and the creative force behind a number of well-regarded titles. Tsukuyomi is set in Tokyo in the near future, where a massive bay area megastructure called “THE HASHIRA” has been cut off from the outside world. Players take on the role of a Tsukuyomi, an elite agent sent in to fight through a tower filled with mysterious creatures called “Jinma” and reach the top to find out what is really going on.

At the core of the game is a turn-based card combat system built around tight resource management. Players can only hold three cards in hand at a time, which means every move counts. Each card can either be used to attack or kept in hand to strengthen defenses, giving battles a strategic push-and-pull feel. Winning fights rewards players with new Jinma cards to add to their deck, letting them build and shape their strategy as they go.
The game also features a story told through four different Tsukuyomi agents, each with their own perspective and motivations. Players can switch between these characters as they progress, with the full picture only becoming clear once they reach the summit of THE HASHIRA.

One of the more notable mechanics involves special “Creation Cards” that are shaped by choices made during exploration. Unlike standard cards, these are not lost upon death and can be reclaimed in later runs, giving the game a roguelike-leaning loop where each attempt contributes to building a stronger, more personalized deck over time.
