The Players’ Voice Award nominees for The Game Awards 2025 have been revealed, and fans can now cast their votes. How Voting Works
Voting for the Players’ Voice Award unfolds in three rounds, gradually narrowing the field until one winner emerges. During Round 1, which runs from December 1 to 2, fans select ten favorites from a pool of thirty nominees. Voting closes on December 2 at 6:00 PM PST, after which the ten most-voted games move forward.
Then, in Round 2 on December 4, fans choose five titles from the remaining ten. Finally, Round 3 on December 8 features five finalists, and fans vote for a single winner who will claim the Players’ Voice Award. By the end, the community decides which game will earn this prestigious recognition.

How to Cast Your Vote
Fans can vote by visiting the official Game Awards website and signing in with an email or social media account. Once logged in, they select ten games from the nominees and submit their votes. After Round 1 closes, the most-voted games progress to Round 2, keeping fans engaged throughout the process. Moreover, this structure allows the community to gradually shape the final winner.
