WFS has announced that Another Eden will be having a crossover event with King of Fighters. Titled The King of Fighters: Another Bout, the event will go live on August 22, 2024. The event integrates characters from KOF like Terry Bogard, Kyo Kusanagi, Mai Shiranui, and Kula Diamond into the world of Another Eden.

Players can enjoy new 1v1 combat mechanics inspired by KOF, including command inputs and the introduction of MAX MODE for executing powerful Super Special Moves. The event will be held from August 22, 2024 to September 30, 2024. Check out the crossover trailer below.

Premise

One day in Time’s Forgotten Stop, Aldo receives a strange invitation from an unknown sender.

“Win the tournament and save the world.”

A tournament unlike any ever seen before unfolds in the giant arena, “Darkest Noah”. Aldo must join forces with fighters called from another world to uncover the darkness that lurks outside the ring…

The collaboration stands out for adapting the detailed animations of KOF characters into the Another Eden art style, thanks to the involvement of experts from the fighting game community. Laggia, winner of SNK World Championship 2023, and BON, who has casted for EVO, EVO Japan, and SNK official tournaments both serve as the game designers at WFS and lent their expertise to this Symphony.

Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time is available to download on Android, iOS and PC via Steam. As mentioned, the Another Eden x King of Fighters crossover event will begin on August 22, 2024 and end on September 30, 2024.
