After much deliberation, we are given a release date for World of Warships Blitz by its developer Wargaming, which states that we can expect the game on 18 January 2018. Based on the same game for the PC, World of Warships Blitz is a World War 2 naval strategy title which promises the same tactical seafaring experience.

Control a fleet of vessels which comprise Destroyers, Cruisers, Heavy Cruisers, Aircraft Carriers and Battleships. You will have to deploy the best-suited ship class for the job you engage in an all-out 7vs7 warship battle. Unlike other similar games,  the developers have stated that players are able to play to their heart’s content, as there are no timers, energy bars, or fuel.

However, the game is in fact soft-launched already, so if you are eager to give it a go, you have the chance to do so before a lot of people. If you are a fan of the original version, this is as close as you will get to mimicking that experience on the mobile.
