One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 Character Pass 3 Brings Six New Characters Including Rob Lucci, Enel, and More

Bandai Namco and Omega Force have confirmed Character Pass 3 for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4. It adds six new playable characters and arrives August 11, 2025.

The DLC will launch in two waves. DLC Pack 7 comes in Fall 2025 with Rob Lucci in CP0 form, two mystery fighters, and three costumes.

Fan Poll Characters Coming in 2026

DLC Pack 8, titled Special Selection Pack, is set for Early 2026. It will include three fan-voted One Piece characters,  Enel, King, and Z, chosen through a community poll earlier this year.

Buying Character Pass 3 also grants Shanks’ special move “Divine Departure”, available across his versions in the game.

Continued Support for the Game

Since launching in March 2020, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 has sold over 4 million copies worldwide. This is the first new DLC since March 2024, proving the game still has strong support from both fans and developers.

The upcoming content keeps the game fresh well into 2026, giving players more reasons to return to the battlefield.

DLC Release Schedule:

• August 11, 2025 – Character Pass 3 available

• Fall 2025 – DLC Pack 7 (Rob Lucci CP0, 2 TBA characters, 3 costumes)

• Early 2026 – DLC Pack 8 (Special Selection Pack: Enel, King, Z)
