It’s been a few years since the first Oceanhorn was released, and now it’s sequal, Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm is revealed to be in development.
Developed by Cornfox & Bros., they mentioned that Oceanhorn 2 will have the same JRPG elements of its predecessor, from exploring its world, backstory, music, and classic ARPG gameplay with items, puzzles, battles and bosses.

The only thing different is the dramatic shift from the isometric perspective of the original to a true third-person camera, and that the boy we once knew in Oceanhorn is now a completely different boy in an alternate time period.

The game is amazing given that the dev team has only 5 people in it. There is no news on the release date yet, but the game is certainly one that should be anticipated. If you’d like to know more about the game and its developments, you can read the details in their blog here.
