Gamers in Southeast Asia got an unexpected surprise when Blue Protocol: Star Resonance quietly launched its pre-registration on Google Play. The move caught many players off guard, with some quickly checking Steam in hopes of finding the PC version available. However, the PC version remains region-locked on the platform. The iOS pre-registration has not opened yet.

Pre-registration is now available across Southeast Asia through the Google Play Store. For PC players interested in the game, the client may be distributed through a direct download from the official website rather than Steam.

With the Play Store listing now live in multiple Southeast Asian countries, the anime-style MMORPG appears ready for its regional rollout.  A Closed Beta Test is scheduled to begin soon, with the full release following afterward.

Blue Protocol: Star Resonance is an anime-inspired MMORPG that takes players into the fantasy world of Regnus. The game centers around exploration and adventure in the region of Magna, a land filled with natural landscapes and threats. Players can mine crystals, gather herbs, and fight off monster attacks while exploring the environment.

The game offers three combat roles: tank, healer, and DPS. Players can switch between these roles at any time. Character customization extends to both appearance and outfits, allowing players to create their own unique look for exploring towns and participating in raids.

Cooperative play is a major part of the experience. Players can form parties to take on bosses, each with their own attack patterns. Completing these challenges rewards players with rare items. Guilds can work together to build their reputation and climb the ranks.

Outside of combat, the game offers social activities. Players can fish, participate in festivals, dance, or set off fireworks. These features aim to create a community-focused experience beyond just battling enemies.
