Pearl Abyss has announced the return of its collaboration between Black Desert and the popular TV Animation BERSERK. From September 5 to September 19, 2024, players can experience new content inspired by the dark fantasy series.

For those unfamiliar, BERSERK is a dark fantasy manga series, began serialization in 1989 and has since been adapted into various animated works. The franchise has sold 60 million copies worldwide

The collaboration between Black Desert and BERSERK  introduces four new outfits available in the Pearl Shop. Male classes can equip the “Guts Berserker Armor”, while the Warrior class gets an exclusive “Guts Dragon Slayer” skin for the awakening weapon. Female classes have two “Griffith Armor” options to choose from, while the Shai class can uniquely wear the “Schierke’s Garb” outfit.

An all-in-one package includes the “Crimson Behelit Alchemy Stone Appearance,” which can reform Vell’s Heart to match the BERSERK theme. The collaboration features a special quest based on the TV Animation’s storyline. Players can embark on a mission to defeat “Nosferatu Zodd,” who also appears as a world boss three times daily. Completing the quest rewards players with:

• “[Event] Behelit Alchemy Stone”
• “[Title] Everything is Within the Flows of Causality”
• “Advice of Valks (+60)”

The event alchemy stone provides powerful effects, including “All AP +8” and “All Accuracy +10.” With its blend of new outfits, challenging quests, and formidable bosses, this collaboration offers both longtime fans and newcomers an exciting opportunity to engage with two beloved franchises.
